A day filled with inspiring presentations and groundbreaking innovations kicked off with a warm welcome from our emcees (one of whom is our very own Hafidz A.) setting the stage for an afternoon of insightful sessions. Anusha Thavarajah, Regional CEO of Allianz Asia Pacific, delivered a powerful keynote, sharing her vision for Allianz Asia Pacific and laying out the roadmap for the future.
The highlight of the day was the We-nnovate Launch, jointly presented by Hicham Raissi, CEO at Allianz Insurance Singapore, alongside other esteemed colleagues from the region. At Allianz Insurance Singapore, innovation is a matter of BAU, and AI, a force of empowerment. Our We-nnovate Booth for SmartOps showcased our commitment to pioneering solutions that shape the future of our organization, in particular, our AI-powered solution for streamlining policy issuance for non-standard & complex policies presented by Alex Yap, Fiona Chia & Sreejit Ayyappan from Customer Distribution Care. Their work embodies our commitment to redefining efficiency and enhancing customer service.
