What an inspiring start to the Year of the Horse!
We kicked off the year with our Start‑of‑Year Townhall, held alongside our Chinese New Year celebration — bringing colleagues together for a meaningful morning of updates, connection, and festive cheer. 🧧🐴
The programme began on an energising note with a warm‑up quiz, before our leadership team shared a series of strategic updates. CEO Hicham Raissi opened with our 2025 performance, key milestones, and priorities for the year ahead. He was followed by CFO Bryan Tong, who highlighted our financial results and insights shaping our direction, and Lim Shie Meng, Head of Product & Underwriting, who spoke on our continued pursuit of technical excellence.
We also heard from Tobias Meckert, Head of Health, who introduced our International Health team and their plans for the year — their first appearance at our AIS townhall. Julius Yang, Head of Market Management, outlined our brand roadmap and upcoming initiatives, and Megha Khare, Head of People & Culture, shared how we will continue strengthening our people and culture.
We closed on a festive high with a lucky draw and a joyful lohei, welcoming prosperity, success, and new opportunities in the Year of the Horse.
