Allianz Insurance Singapore is excited to announce its groundbreaking collaboration with WeRide to insure the Robobus at Resorts World Sentosa, marking a significant step in autonomous vehicle (AV) insurance. This initiative highlights our commitment to innovation and leadership supporting leading transportation advancements.
Since early 2025, we’ve worked closely with WeRide to define our AV insurance solution for this purpose, culminating in our successful collaboration and coinciding with the Land Transport Authority's (LTA) approval to operate the autonomous bus without a safety officer onboard.
