Public Liability

This insurance is designed to cover all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as compensation for accidental bodily injury to and/or damage to property of any third party arising out of and in connection with the Insured's business.


In addition, all costs and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant against the Insured or incurred with the written consent of the insurer are covered.

No two business are identical, therefore policies may be tailored to individual needs.

Note: Please note that this class of insurance is generally not accepted on stand alone basis. Depending on your requirements, we may quote you another class of insurance to be incepted together.
