Product Liability

Allianz Product Liability insurance covers your legal liability against third party in respect of bodily injury including sickness, disease or death and property damage caused by goods manufactured, sold, handled, distributed or disposed of by the insured.

 

 

One would be vulnerable to claims of this nature when the product is defective in design, defective in its manufacturing processes, packaging and/or defective in its attached warnings and instructions resulting in death, bodily injury or third party's property damage.
